UCB Pharma, a subsidiary of UCB Belgium awarded LMKR the task to study the company’s sales process that included their sales models, process workflow, requirement of MIS reports, requirement of Human Resource profile databases, financial information and expense related functions. Based on the analysis, LMK Resources ERP solutions team re-engineered their process and automated the entire sales force function. The applications that were eventually delivered included sales force automation and a sales force management solution. |
