The BPMS/ERP project consisted of two phases. Phase one was related to their infrastructure where the task at hand was to migrate their Microsoft exchange users to domino, streamline their network in terms of load balancing and a security audit. Phase two involved process reengineering, design, development and deployment of a core banking credit application, HRMS, procurement and inventory applications. The infrastructure and the applications are to be used by the banks domestic operations throughout Pakistan.
