The PPR solution is an online performance management system that enables the Halliburton Human Resource Division to analyze individual performance over the assessment year. This process involves employees, managers, peers’ reviews and system administrators, each having their own online interface to work via web. The availability of the system is 24/7 for over 50,000 user’s world-wide (with approximately 6000 simultaneous logins). Technologies used were Enterprise Java, Oracle RDBMS, Oracle App server (for development) and Mercury TestDirector, WinRunner, and LoadRunner (for Testing).
