The ERP solutions unit besides providing a nationwide secure & a robust email and messaging infrastructure, also provided the bank with a strategic help desk application to cater to the banks entire IT related issues including networks, hardware, software, trainings. As a part of the phase 2 of the project, the ERP unit is to analyze, re-engineer and develop a set of integrated applications including HRMS, Procurement and inventory.
