EPB (Export Promotion Bureau) automation project started in September 2003 and the project entailed the Automation and development of an IT enabled system for the organizations domestic operational offices and their commercial missions abroad. A team of Analysts was deployed at the EPB site to complete business analysis of the Organizations Operations. Following functional Areas were analyzed & automated in the process; EPB Financial System, EPB Export Data Management, Quota Management System, Import Queries, event management, Human resource management system and a variety of administrative functions. The project also included core network and hardware audit, layout and design of a messaging and collaboration infrastructure and BPR.
