Project’s scope included conversion of physical data to electronic form and making it available for OGDCL’s users through a secure, point-to-point connection from TDL to the main office. It involved conversion of obsolete tape spools to cartridges; scanning & storing reports to digital format and scanning & digitization of maps. The project also included procurement and setting up of the equipment to be used by TDL as well as training of the individuals. Standard processes and procedures were followed to improve the efficiency of the system.
