The objective of the project was to ensure that the digital data in the project database relates to the correct well and hole and is stored in the correct place on the RECALL project database. This also involved ensuring that the data is complete and internally consistent. For this purpose:
Data was checked against paper copies and against naming conventions.
It was ensured that all runs were properly depth matched and tied into previous runs. A consistent set of joined logs was produced from surface to TD. Existing digital lithology was checked and loaded from paper copy or interpreted from Open Hole data.
Quick-look shale volume, porosity, and net-reservoir evaluation of joined logs was obtained. Availability and increased accessibility of dipmeter and image data was verfied and proper storage of depth–matched, cored intervals with porosity/ permeability/ grain density measurements was ensured.
Depth shifts between log depth and core depths were determined. |
